Let's Learn English: Vocabulary for Flyers A2

In this ongoing course, learners will prepare for the Cambridge Flyers exam. This is a class focusing on vocabulary that is common in each part of the Movers Exam - Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.

A1 Movers is the second of three Cambridge English Qualifications designed for young learners. These tests introduce children to everyday written and spoken English and are an excellent way for them to gain confidence and improve their English.

The tests are written around familiar topics and focus on the skills needed to communicate effectively in English through listening, speaking, reading and writing.

This course has been created by a previous Cambridge English Examiner to help learners succeed in their exam.

Week of 9/12/24 - Toys and Free-time
Week of 16/12/24 - Ben's wishes
Week of 23/12/24 - The glove, the fork and the old pair of glasses
Week of 30/12/24 - Robert and the three envelopes
Week of 6/1/25 - Lara and the Mountain Lion
Week of 13/1/25 - Big Nose and the Storm-Maker
Week of 20/1/25 - Michael and the red rug

Classes will repeat. This is an ongoing course so you can join at any point.

Classes will come with activity sheets to reinforce learning. Some activities will be completed in class. Some will be completed after class. All activity sheets will be posted to the classroom at 7pm PST on Sunday each week.
