In this one time class for Pre-K and Kindergarten students we will learn some fun facts about horses. Fun facts will include the animals habitat, diet, and more. We will also draw and/or color this cute animal by following step-by-step teacher directions creating a piece of art. This is a high energy, discussion based, interactive class where students are encouraged to participate and raise their hands.

Description

Class Experience

Students will be able to identify and discuss basic information about horses.
Students will draw (or color) a horse. 
I have experience teaching elementary science in the classroom. This lesson goes in greater detail about nature and specific animals. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
The student will need 1. White Paper (if the student does not want to draw they may print out the attached document to color) 2. Pencil 3. Crayons, markers, or colored pencils (whichever is preferred)
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
