Description

Class Experience

I will teach this course through discussion and  PowerPoint. Together we will discuss a variety of insects and arachnids such as tarantulas, cicadas, ants and scorpions. We will look at many cool pictures together! Students will learn where these insects and arachnids live, what their homes look like, and what they eat. They will learn the difference between an arachnid and an insect. I will ask the students questions throughout the class that will prompt the students to come up with creative...

Students will gain a better understanding of insects and arachnids throughout the world.

An optional word search coloring sheet will be provided to students before class.

35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
