What will be taught? -In this class, students will learn and/or review the names of American coins and paper bills. We will use those skills to do some pretend shopping. Each student will have a certain amount of virtual money and will be able to pretend shop. Students will get a chance to interact with each other throughout the class. What topics will you cover? This class is taught in English.
Students will practice money recognition and how to add and subtract money when paying for things. This information will be reinforced throughout the lesson using pictures, games, songs and worksheets.
