Class experience
In this 40 minutes kids yoga class students will pack their backpacks and take a camping trip into the beautiful nature with all the wild animals, trees, and birds. Students will learn the triangle pose (camping tent), frog, bear, eagle, butterfly, squirrel, waterfall, fox, and many other poses. They will enjoy the story of the lost ant. Iryna Kopiy- Founder of Kids Love Yoga, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor. She has completed her training with ChildLight Yoga in 2014. Iryna has been teaching yoga to all ages. She has taught yoga for children at daycares, after-school programs, Sunday schools and private classes. Her classes combine storytelling, music, imagination and movement allowing even the youngest of yogis to blossom and grow. In her free time you can find her reading books, traveling, cooking and enjoying nature at parks and trails with her family, husband and two wonderful kids.
