Welcome to Let's Get Social - the space where you'll be encouraged to talk during class. We will meet weekly and discuss general topics, see how everyone is doing, discuss anything fun or interesting you have done, and work on some general social skills. I encourage you to talk during class. We'll remember to listen when our classmates are talking and wait patiently until it is our turn. Each week, I will check in with each of you to see how you are doing. I share funny stories and introduce you to our 7 animals. I encourage you to bring your favorites things or your pets to class! This is a great ice breaker and a way to really start a good conversation. Week 1 - Introductions Week 2 - Pets Galore Week 3 - Favorite things Week 4 - Latest Reads - We will share what books we've been reading lately

Meet friends, work on and further develop communication skills, remember to take turns and listen when others are speaking.
