Description
Class Experience
Students will learn how to organize assignments by topic and due date, keep track of completed assignments, and learn how to manage their time to get all of their work done.
This is not a skill that is learned and then you're done. Students must consistently practice writing down when they get new assignments, categorizing them properly based on the system that works best for them, and develop the habit of checking their planner or assignment to-do list daily to ensure they stay on top of their work.
Recommended items: - Planner/agenda/calendar - a template will be provided - Folders, binder with tabs, or a expandable folder file (accordion folder)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
