In this one-time class, students can expect to get moving while learning about cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, and strength training.

Class experience

Students will improve their understanding of and practice what a good workout should contain to improve/sustain general health and fitness. 
Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences
Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
Many years involved on sports teams, and in dance
Comfortable clothing to move in, water bottle full as class starts, yoga mat (optional), exercise ball, jump rope, large enough room to move around (at least 10 x 10).
This is a class that involves physical activity. Your child should be healthy enough to participate in moderate intensity exercise in order to take this class. If you have any questions, please reach out to the instructor.
