This is a 40-minute exercise/fitness class in which the instructor will guide learners through exercises. The outline of the class is as follows: 5 minute warm-up 10 minutes of cardio exercise 10 minutes of flexibility/stretching 10 minutes of strength training 5 minute cool-down This class offers a workout/general exercise routine. Comfortable clothing to move in, water bottle full as class starts, yoga mat (optional), exercise ball, jump rope, large enough room to move around (at least 10 x 10).
