This class teaches the basics of playing the flute and note reading. Students will learn how to properly put their instrument together, produce a good tone, and a few beginner songs.
Class experience
This is an 4 week mini-class is designed to teach beginning students how to play the flute. Students will learn the parts of the flute, how to put the instrument together, the appropriate methods for producing sounds/pitches, notes/fingerings, and how to play their first beginner song.
