In this class students will learn how to make a delicious homemade Vietnamese spicy chicken dish with coconut rice as a side . Using simple at home ingredients I will teach the students step by step how to make their coconut rice and cook the chicken. I teach with tell, show, do and feedback. Similar to the gradual release model used in schools. Students will have access to the recipe before class so that parents/guardians are able to obtain ingredients for the lesson. We will cook...

Recipe will be provided prior to the lesson in the classroom discussion board.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
