In this class students will learn how to make a delicious pretzels. Using simple at home ingredients I will teach the students step by step how to mix their ingredients, shape their pretzels and bake and then finish with delicious toppings of their choice. I will use the Zoom video to share with students the mixing, shaping, and baking of our bagels. No experience is needed for making pretzels, but parental guidance is suggested for hot oven/stove use.

Students will be in the kitchen baking, parents may want to be present to assist with oven/stove use.
Supply List
Students will need: Access to an oven and stock type pot for boiling water, Baking sheet pan (https://amzn.to/3dUxw5s) mixing bowl mixing spoon measuring cups and spoons ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, packet of dry yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp), water, milk, canola oil, 2 eggs, (topping choices: kosher salt, cinnamon sugar, cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds)
