In this flex class students will learn how to make pretzels, bagels, cake, cookies and French Macaroons.
Class experience
In this flex class students will learn how to make delicious breads, pretzels and cookies from scratch. Using simple at home ingredients like flour, sugar and yeast. I will teach the students step by step how to mix their ingredients, cook and finish their breads using video and edpuzzle. Edpuzzle allows students the opportunity to view the cooking and baking process and interact by answering questions. We will learn how to make pretzels, bagels, French Macaroons and a cake . Flour, sugar, yeast, baking sheet, oven/stove, mixing bowls/spoon, measuring cups/spoons.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental supervision is suggested for hot stove/oven use.
