In this class students will learn how to make delicious bagels by hand. Using simple at home ingredients I will teach the students step by step how to mix their ingredients, shape their bagels, parboil and bake and then finish with delicious toppings of their choice. We will then cut our bagels to check for consistency and do a taste test. I will use the Outschool platform to share with students the mixing, shaping, boiling and baking of our bagels. No experience is needed for making bagels, but parental guidance is suggested for hot oven/stove use.
