Be provided with the tools and support to live positive purposeful lives in this ongoing weekly social club. Each class includes gratitude prompts, learning about & discussing a wellness or self-improvement topic, journaling, and goal setting. Description
Class Experience
This is an ongoing weekly club that provides learners with the tools and support to feel well, think well, and live well! We all need regular reminders, strategies, and support to live with intention, positivity, & purpose, and this weekly club will provide you with that. The teacher will provide guidance and direction throughout the class time to encourage learners to notice what they are grateful for, learn about & apply new self-improvement topics, and identify goals based on our weekly...
Students will learn about a new self-improvement or wellness topic each week. Additionally, they will be motivated to live their life with purpose and with a positive attitude.
Allison Woolley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis and has homeschooled her children ages 14 and 17 for 12 years. She has worked as a Health Advocate, planning health and wellness presentations and offering health and wellness consultations to college students. Additionally, she has led youth groups and classes for 7th – 12th graders for the past 7 years and been a 4-H Project Leader for middle school & high school level 4-H projects. Also known for her organizational and planning skills, Allison successfully enjoys using these skills to reach youth and help them to feel connected and purpose-driven.
