Let's Draw Together: Woodland Creatures
In this one-time class we will celebrate fall by learning how to draw a random woodland creature such as a fox, raccoon, bear, wolf or deer. We will be drawing in the Kawaii or cartoon style.

Description
Class Experience
I will briefly introduce students the differences between cartoon/kawaii style art and realistic art. After this introduction we will have a discussion and share what our favorite fall woodland animal is and why. The animal of this class will be random. The choice will be selected from a wheel of choices. If your child chooses to take the class again we can ensure that they don't have the same animal in the next class. Students will be able to produce a drawing of a fall woodland creature.
Students will need a piece of paper will a good pencil and an eraser. Students will need color tools as well, preferably a black marker, and brown/grey/black/orange colored pencils or crayons.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
