In this one-time course, students will complete a summer-themed directed drawing.
Class experience
We will use very simple shapes to draw together. This class is best for young learners who are beginning to draw shapes (lines and circles) and have an interest in drawing. All levels are encouraged, as we all have to start somewhere! Together we will use a directed drawing approach, which allows young learners to practice fine motor skills, listening skills, as well as increase overall confidence in their abilities. This class will have a relaxed setting with frequent social interactions....
Students will improve their listening and following direction skills. Students will improve upon their fine motor skills. Students will gain overall confidence in their abilities and creativity. Students will engage socially with other learners. Students will improve upon resiliency.
