Class Experience

In this directed drawing class, we will explore several simple options for drawing representations of strawberries and dessert items that feature strawberries. I love to build drawing skills through the use of fun and popular food items as subject matter. We will begin with the most basic versions and make our way up to slightly more advanced versions.

Students will improve drawing skills through the use of both geometric and organic shapes along with familiar symbols that are easy to form. Students will also reinforce an awareness of these shapes and symbols and how we can recognize them in everyday objects.

Homework Offered
Students will be encouraged to color their strawberry desserts after our live meeting since the class will focus mainly on the drawing of several pieces. I would like to demonstrate the DRAWING of as many examples as time will permit.
