Class Experience

Join our ongoing realistic drawing class, designed to help students master essential pencil drawing techniques. Each week, students will explore a new topic, covering key aspects of drawing such as shading, 3D perspective, proportions, observation skills, and more. While some topics are revisited monthly, the material is always fresh, ensuring students develop a wide range of drawing skills and techniques that can also be applied to other art mediums.

This comprehensive drawing class combines live instruction with PowerPoint presentations and live drawing demonstrations, providing students with both visual and hands-on learning experiences. Throughout the class, students will share their drawings and receive encouragement and tips for improvement.

Ideal for children and students who already have some basic drawing skills, this class offers an excellent opportunity for those eager to enhance their realistic drawing abilities or simply enjoy spending time drawing and improving their artistic abilities.

Supply List
Students should have several sheets of paper for drawing for each class.
Additionally they should each have at least one drawing pencil, a pencil sharpener and one eraser.
For those who would like to purchase multiple pencils for their child, pencils are available in a variety of shades from dark to light and can be found in most art supply stores.   In this case, it is recommended to have at least one medium darkness pencil and one extra dark pencil.
