In this class, students will learn how to draw some fun Halloween characters Kawaii style. I will guide the students step-by-step on my drawing tablet by sharing my screen. Learners need only paper, pencil, and eraser. We will draw as many character as time allows us. It greatly depends on the pace of the learners' drawing in each section. This class focuses on sketching, so we will color only if we have extra time at the end. Students are encouraged to color their drawings after class and share their pictures by posting them on our Outschool classroom page. Looking forward to drawing with you!

Hello! I'm Sophia Stafford and I'm excited to share my passion for drawing with your learners!
I teach a variety of drawing classes here on Outschool since March 2020.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Math and an MBA in Marketing. I have lectured undergraduate level Business classes and have tutored students of all ages in Math. Also, I have extensive training and experience in drawing both in traditional and digital media. My professional experience includes graphic and web design, and creating digital marketing materials.
My passion has always been drawing and creative arts. I enjoy helping students learn new things and boost their self-confidence through art. It's very fulfilling when I see my students improving their skills and feeling proud of their accomplishments.
