Class Experience

Please Note; This is an ONGOING class. This class meets weekly on a regular basis. Parents can enroll and withdraw their learners at any point and are charged weekly like a subscription. New learners can join any time there is an opening.

We will focus on a different ocean animal each week. Students will learn interesting facts about the animal, and we will go on a brief virtual field trip to see the "real" animals. Then, students will learn how to draw their own animal step-by-step through directed drawing. As time allows, drawings may be colored or painted and shared with the other students via webcam. Learners are encouraged to answer teacher directed questions and ask their own questions throughout each session. Printable step-by-step drawing instructions are provided after each session so that students can draw the animal again and again after class.
