Students will draw Pokemon with instruction and share their drawings while working on them
Class Experience
The students in this class will learn cooperatively in a supportive setting. They will learn how to draw one Pokemon figure using basic shapes, organic line, gesture, shading and texture. If time permits, we will talk about color options, blending color using colored pencils and we will share all of our creations. The students will learn information about the artist teams that create these characters and what kind of research goes into creating these characters. All the learning will be done...
- Students will improve their eye hand coordination, their knowledge of drawing, and what is behind the scenes of making Pokemon characters.
I have my M.F.A. degree in Art from the University of Oregon. I teach at the local community college in the town I live in. I have been teaching for 20 years. I also homeschool my children in all subjects and I have a Elementary Ed. Teaching Certification in the state of Az.
