Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to learn what they want to draw and will request the subject matter before class meets or Mr. Shawn will pick a general lesson to help the learner acquire new techniques and skills.
Shawn Durington is a professional illustrator who has a background in education. He has taught all ages of students for over 15 years. He also has published multiple books on how to draw and leads workshops on drawing all over the country. With a Masters in Animation and Visual Effects Shawn can be extremely flexible with what learners will draw and with years of experience teaching he adapts lessons to every level of learner.
Student are not required but encouraged to work on their art outside of class to continue improving their skill and to finish their artwork.
Paper or Sketchbook Pencils, Pen, Markers Other drawing material. This willingness to try.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
