Class Experience

In this 40 minute lesson, young artists will be led through an easy to follow, step-by-step drawing of a medieval castle.  As we draw, students will be introduced to the following art terms: vertical, horizontal, horizon line, texture, symmetrical and asymmetrical. We will be using a ruler throughout the entire lesson. I have been an art educator for over 20 years.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Art Education (K-12) from the University of Central Oklahoma.  I have taught in public schools, private schools, as well as homeschool co-op groups and private lessons.  I have been teaching art on Outschool since August 2021.
