In this class, students will learn how to draw a cute unicorn and a kittycorn in Kawaii style. We will begin by creating a basic template for our cute characters using simple geometric shapes. Then we will erase any unwanted lines and add all the cute details. I will guide the students step-by-step on my digital sketchbook with clear instructions. The pace of instruction is adjusted based on the experience level of the learners in each class. Learners will need paper, pencil, and eraser. Students are encouraged to share their drawings after class by uploading them to the classroom. Please, note that we will not be coloring during the class, unless we have some extra time at the end. Students may color their sketches after class.

Hello! I'm Sophia Stafford and I'm excited to share my passion for drawing with your learners!
I teach a variety of drawing classes here on Outschool since March 2020.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Math and an MBA in Marketing. I have lectured undergraduate level Business classes and have tutored students of all ages in Math. Also, I have extensive training and experience in drawing both in traditional and digital media. My professional experience includes graphic and web design, and creating digital marketing materials.
My passion has always been drawing and creative arts. I enjoy helping students learn new things and boost their self-confidence through art. It's very fulfilling when I see my students improving their skills and feeling proud of their accomplishments.
