Got a child who loves to sing and do movements with their songs? This class will teach your learner how to use songs and movement to have fun and get exercise while learning important things such as left and right, along with following simple instructions. This class will teach many popular kid's songs and movements that many children will love. Week of Nov 2, Topic: The Hokie Pokie & Body Movement Week of Nov 9, Topic: Head, Shoulders...& Body Movement Week of Nov 16, Topic: Miss Mary Mack & Body Movement Week of Nov 23, Topic: There was a farmer... & Body Movement Week of Nov 30, Topic: Itsy bitsy spider & Body Movement Get ready for a fun filled class where children will earn songs and movements and have fun all at once. Mrs. Sanders will engage your child in song and movement that is sure to leave them ready for the next class. Each session will consist of 3 to songs and movement activities. Make sure to dress comfortably, bring a bottle of water, and make sure to have enough space to move around.

Parental Guidance
Pleased be advised that students will engage in some physical activity with this class. Therefore the need for proper shoes, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, ample space, and some stretching will be required for the participation in this class. Please also be advised that adult guidance is recommended for children who may need it.

Good day! I am delighted that you have stopped by to get to know me a little more! I love to learn, love to teach, love to think, and love to encourage learners to be the best at what they do.
I have been teaching for over 10 years and have been specifically teaching Gifted learners for the past 7 years. I have been teaching online for the past 2 years specializing in PreK through 5th grade skills in literacy, critical thinking, and basic foundational skills.
There must be a place for all learners and I saw the need to inspire those who think a little differently through teaching Gifted & Talented education. This field has also helped me to grow as an educator by consistently modifying my approach to engaging students, as well as providing opportunities for unique and quirky characteristics of all learners.
Outside of teaching, I love to spend time with my family! I also love to travel, eat good foods, and play games whether they are board games, family games, or outside games. I enjoy writing and am currently writing a book about my family history.
Fostering a love of learning should be accessible to all, and that is why I teach! My goal is to always make learning fun, inspire creativity, and engage learners in deep thinking, and to not be afraid to ask questions. as well as strengthening their foundational skills in reading, math, writing, and other subjects.
