Class Experience
Water bottle, Space to Move around, Comfortable clothes
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Pleased be advised that students will engage in some physical activity with this class. Therefore the need for proper shoes, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, ample space, and some stretching will be required for the participation in this class. Please also be advised that adult guidance is recommended for children who may need it.
