To try out the stretches or exercises they've learned on their own or to practice the dances!Class Experience
No experience is needed! Students will learn stretches to improve mobility, simple choreography to develop hand-eye coordination as well as body awareness, and strength training exercises to build muscle for injury prevention. The class will go as follows: *Stretches - 10 minutes *Dancing - 25 minutes (various songs and various choreography each class) *Strength Exercises - 10 minutes BRING A SIBLING/FRIEND TO RECEIVE 10% DISCOUNT!! (please message me when you sign up multiple students /another parent and student you have recommended signs up and I will refund you 10%!)
Learning Goals
Students will learn the importance of taking care of their body. They will recognize that it is crucial to stretch before physical activity and to build up themselves. This will give them a huge boost in confidence. With the choreography, the students will learn to listen to music actively, learn how to count in their heads to keep up with the rhythm, and learn to challenge their coordination as well as exercise their muscle memory.

Parental Guidance
There are always potential hazards with physical activities. Therefore please be advised that the student needs an open workout space, proper non-slip footwear, a water bottle, and proper clothing. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
