Let's Dance!

Class

Average rating:4.9Number of reviews:(318)
In this ongoing class, students can join to learn stretches to improve mobility, simple choreography to develop hand-eye coordination as well as body awareness, and strength training exercises to build muscle for injury prevention.

Class experience

Students will learn the importance of taking care of their body. They will recognize that it is crucial to stretch before physical activity and to build up themselves. This will give them a huge boost in confidence. With the choreography, the students will learn to listen to music actively, learn how to count in their heads to keep up with the rhythm, and learn to challenge their coordination as well as exercise their muscle memory.
I have danced growing up and was a NCAA Division 1 Dancer in college. Have taught many dance camps for younger students during summers as a volunteer.
