What's included
1 live meeting
1 in-class hoursClass Experience
The first part of class will begin with a discussion of silhouettes. We will brainstorm ideas for our art as a group by doing sketches. We will then learn how to paint a background and then a silhouette on top. Students will practice their drawing and painting skills in this class. Students should have background knowledge with colors and paint. Prior knowledge is helpful, but not necessary as we will work on these skills. Learners will increase their skills in drawing, painting and listening.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to:
• define a silhouette
• describe how silhouettes are made
• create their own silhouette painting
