Description

Class Experience

Welcome everyone! In this course I will teach you all how to create a digital comic book using a digital program. The great part about this program is that you do not need to draw at all. You can just plan your comic and start today! 

I will teach you how to plan your comic using a simple, problem-solution format. Than I will teach you how to use all of the tools in the digital comic. Finally, you will make your own comic book to show to your friends and family!

This will be a very exciting...

-Learn digital comic tools.
-Plan your story using a problem solution story.
-Create your comic.

Students may need to work on their drafts after the first class to make sure they are completed if they are having trouble thinking of a plot for their comic.

Please make sure you have a pencil and paper ready for our first and second meeting! We will use these materials to plot out our story.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Pixton

There are no tests in my course! But you will make your very own comic book. That is much better than a test right?

1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
