Class Experience

Welcome to an exciting journey of creativity with our Cricut Design Space class! Get ready to unleash your imagination as we dive into crafting new and fun projects together.

Throughout our four-week adventure, we'll explore a variety of projects designed especially for beginners who are just starting to explore the wonders of the Cricut Design Space. Here's a sneak peek at what each week has in store for us:

Week 1: Let's kick off with fun and colorful labels! Whether it's for cups, binders, or house projects, we'll learn how to create vibrant labels to add a personalized touch to everyday items.

Week 2: Get ready to explore the world of iron-on projects! From book bags to pillows and shirts, we'll discover how to use iron-on materials to customize and embellish our favorite items.

Week 3: Dive into the art of metal engraving! We'll create stunning jewelry pieces, dog tags, and more, perfect for gifting to family and friends.

Week 4: Let's spread some joy with handmade cards for any occasion! Learn how to design and craft beautiful cards to brighten someone's day.

While some familiarity with Cricut Design Space is helpful, don't worry if you're new to the program. We'll start with an introduction and guide you step by step through each area, from basic to more advanced settings.

Remember, crafting takes time and practice, so expect to spend some extra time outside of class perfecting your projects. And don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance or troubleshooting help along the way.

By the end of our journey, you'll not only have a collection of fun projects for yourself but also have the skills to create thoughtful gifts for your loved ones. Plus, you'll gain valuable troubleshooting insights for both your Cricut device and Design Space.

Get ready to unlock your creativity and let's make some magic with Cricut Design Space!

For the past decade, I've had the joy of being an educator, working with students spanning from preschool to college levels. Additionally, I've embraced the role of a home business owner for the past three years. My journey with the Cricut has been a colorful one, as I've utilized it for various creations in my shop, incorporated it into my daily life, and even brought it into my classroom.

Sharing the magic of crafting with friends and family brings me immense joy. Whether it's teaching someone how to create something new or sharing my own designs, I find fulfillment in spreading creativity.

In my teaching approach, I strive to simplify concepts, ensuring optimal learning for all. I believe in guiding students through each step, offering clear explanations and easy-to-follow instructions. Together, we'll embark on a journey of discovery and creation, one step at a time.
