Students will be crafting along with me through a series of pre-recorded videos. Students should be able to follow verbal directions, use scissors, & glue. ***This is a flexible schedule version of one of my live classes. Classes are pre-recorded and posted weekly to the classroom for learners to watch and craft along with the video.***
I'm a Craftaholic, mom, and American Girl doll fan. My daughter loves American Girl and we have been crafting for her dolls for seven years together. We love coming up with fun new crafts for dolls!
You will need to gather/purchase the craft supplies listed.
-Digital file templates (printed & cut out) (Digital files are located in the classroom tab, scroll to the bottom to the first welcome message and look for the blue links.) -Cardstock & Regular printer paper to print on -Scissors -Pencil -Glue Stick -Popsicle stick -Hot Glue Gun & hot glue sticks -Scoring tool (such as a ruler, popsicle stick, toothpick) -Packing Tape (optional) -Thick craft foam: white or black -Puffy/Fabric Paint: white, brown, yellow, orange -Acrylic Paint: white, brown, & tan -Chalk Pastels: browns & yellows -Air Dry Clay such as Crayola Model Magic in colors: Bisque or Light Tan, Brown -Paper plate or craft tray -Paper towel or cloth to clean hands when needed -1/2 tsp. measuring spoon -Elmer's glue OR Mod Podge -Red tri-beads - Communion cup or a small lid from a container around the house about 1.5 inches tall. (Children’s Medicine cups & Plastic shot glasses work great too) -small bowl or cup to mix paint - WHITE - Fast Dry Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone - (I buy the DAP Alex Fast Dry 5.5 oz tub at Walmart for $2.97)
