Let's Craft It! An American Girl Doll Camp Out
In this fun class, you will learn how to make camping items for your doll to enjoy on her next camping trip. We will craft a lantern, smores, marshmallow roasting stick, marshmallows, graham cracker box, chocolate bars, and a fire pit.

Who likes to go camping? I do, I do! My dolls enjoy a fun & relaxing weekend camping in the wilderness. In this crafting class you will learn how to make a lantern, smores, marshmallow roasting stick, marshmallows, graham cracker box, chocolate bars, and a fire pit. Your doll will be ready for her next camping trip. Class 1: Lantern, Smores, Marshmallow Stick, & Marshmallow Bag Class 2: Finish Lantern, Fire Pit, Graham Cracker Box, & Chocolate Bars ***Please find the class supply list below in the Materials section.*** ***Upon enrollment you will also be supplied with a detailed list (including links if applicable) of supplies needed for class. Digital files are located in the classroom tab, scroll to the bottom to the first welcome message and look for the blue links.*** ***Please note: Scissors & an exacto knife will be used for a portion of the craft. Please be sure to assist your student if needed when using the scissors. Please do the cutting for your learner that involves the exacto knife. Details on what to do are included on the instructions.*** ***IMPORTANT Parents/Guardians: Please note that according to Outschool policy, only the enrolled learner is allowed to attend & participate in class. Siblings, friends, neighbors, relatives, etc. are not allowed to attend & participate unless separately enrolled. If a student is attending & participating that is not enrolled, per Outschool policy I will have to remove them from the class. Supply List
-Digital file templates (printed & cut out) (Digital files are located in the classroom tab, scroll to the bottom to the first welcome message and look for the blue links.) -Cardstock & Regular printer paper to print on -Scissors & exacto knife -Pencil -Glue Stick -Ruler -Scoring tool (such as a ruler, popsicle stick, toothpick) -Thin craft foam: tan & brown -Thick craft foam: white -Air Dry Clay such as Crayola Model Magic in White -Paper plate or craft tray -Pipe Cleaners: brown & silver -Battery operated tea light candles -Washi Tape (color of choice) -Hand held hole puncher -Acrylic Paint (color of choice) -1 oz clear container WITH lid (I will supply a link in the supply list. It's also just like the one you get extra pickles in at Chic-fil-A). -Tissue paper: red, orange, yellow -Cotton balls -Paper towel or cloth to clean hands when needed
