Class Experience

Hello Learners,
This is a one time live class where all level of skills are welcome.
Students will learn how to measure out their ingredients. They will learn the importance in the order in which to add ingredients to get the perfect Street Corn and/or Esquite (Corn in a Cup).
I will be cooking right along with them in class.
They will serve and plate up their Street Corn on the cob and/or Esquite (Corn in a Cup).
They will be given many options to make it to their liking. It could be plain or spicy, they could add many different toppings. I will give different options in the classroom tab as they are optional.
I like to encourage them that they could always add a twist to their dish because at the end of the day they are the designer eat it. I welcome questions and don’t mind repeating if needed.
I can’t wait to guide them in their kitchen.
What a great opportunity to make an appetizer or served as a side dish or as a meal.
I look forward meeting you and seeing you in your kitchen.
See supply list below.

Happy Cooking,
