Class experience
In this four week FLEX class, students will learn a variety of beginning cooking techniques, tips, and kitchen safety/sanitation skills, while participating in cooking labs to create some delicious food! Homework Offered
Students will be asked to follow the teacher demonstrations, cooking the recipe each week. Students are encouraged to try out their dishes!1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:

Parental Guidance may be needed to assist the student in the kitchen. Please notify the teacher of any food allergies. Substitutions can be made for most recipes. Gluten-Free options available. One week prior to class starting, students will be provided a list of ingredients and equipment needed for that week. Ingredient lists will be posted one week in advance for each recipe. Recipes can be located under the "classroom" tab.
