Calling all chefs! This delicious ham and cheese pinwheel course is the class for you! Join us to learn how to make a fun, unique dinner from scratch- even the dough is made fresh during class! I will walk you through step by step how to make these rolls for your whole family to enjoy. You'll learn how to improve your food preparation skills, along with better food safety. Your confidence in the kitchen will grow! Please make sure to have all the ingredients ready to go at the beginning of class so that you can cook along side me as we make this yummy dinner.

Dough Ingredients: 1 cup warm water 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus some extra) 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp salt Pinwheel Ingredients: 3/4 lb sliced deli ham 12 slices swiss cheese 6 tbsp butter 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp mustard 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
