Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
The goal of this class is to give students a chance to socialize with their peers through their common interest in the game of Minecraft.
I have been playing Minecraft over the last 6 years on various devices. No gaming is done during class.
No homework unless the students want to create something and come back and share it with the class. This is optional.
The last 10 minutes of each class is a time for students to share Minecraft-themed items or printed images with the class, this is optional and not required. Students may show images by using their portal gaming device if they have it readily available. All images and items must be approved by a parent before sharing.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No assessment or grade needed.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be referencing Mojang game Minecraft and sharing creations students have made if they choose to share.
