Class Experience

Does your child with autism or special needs love video games? This class uses your child's interest in gaming to help improve and practice their social skills.  This is a weekly, ongoing class in which learners will have fun sharing about their favorite video games while praciticing conversational skills and building friendships. Learners will be working on their listening, speaking and turn taking skills while sharing about their love of video games.

Week of May 21st - Let's learn about one another's favorite video games.  Why are they your favorite?
Week of May 28th - Let's chat about our favorite video game characters.  Who are your favorite? Who are your least favorite?
Week of  June 4th - What video platforms do you game on? Let's chat about the pros and cons of different gaming platforms?
Week of June 11th - Let's play video game trivia
