Class Experience
In this class we will explore and learn how to become a vet. (This class is part two to my class titled:"Let's Become a Vet: Beginners Guide for Future Veterinarians") Students will learn all about vets! Students will practice identifying tools vets use when helping different animals. 1. We will begin by introducing ourselves 2. We will discuss "What is a vet?" Students will learn some basic information about vets. Students will learn how to discuss and describe different animals. Students will practice their conversational skills with the teacher and other students. Students will learn and identify vet tools.
I have experience teaching kindergarten social studies (ages 4-6) in the classroom. This lesson goes in greater detail about veterinarians (community helpers) which I have experience teaching in the brick & mortar classroom.
Any activities not completed in class can be completed independently at home.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be using scissors during this class. Therefore parents should be with the student towards the end of class. (Parents may also decide to cut out the worksheet pieces before class starts)
