Students will be able to understand the difference between rational and irrational numbers, estimate or approximate irrational numbers on a number line, and learn about rational and irrational square roots.
No homework will be assigned.
5 files available upon enrollmentStudents will need paper, a pencil, and a calculator with a square root button. The attached worksheet may be helpful to have during the lessons each day.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
