Class Experience

Students will be able to bake their own gluten-free muffins.
Ingredient List:
List: 2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1 ripe banana
1 zucchini
3 eggs 
baking soda
vanilla extract
walnuts; chopped
variation: chopped fruit of your choice. blueberries and strawberries work well.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Allergy warning: Nut, Egg, Dairy
This recipe uses nut flour-specifically almond flour and ghee (clarified butter). Coconut oil can be substituted for the ghee.  Possibly applesauce or olive oil can be substituted for the ghee but I have not tested these variations yet.
