Let’s meet to bake and cook up some delicious sweet and savory dishes. Peanut Butter Cups with other options, Pasta Lasagna, S’mores Mini Cupcakes, Mexican Traditional Chocolate Milk (champurrado) and Buñuelos, Lemon Tart Pie and Chocflan.

Class Experience

In this 6 week live video class we will bake a sweet or savory dish each week. We will also decorate our pastry’s, with some basic decoration. We will be baking peanut butter cups with other options, Lasagna with meat options, S’mores Mini Cupcakes, Mexican Traditional Chocolate Milk (champurrado) and Buñuelos, Lemon tart pie, and Chocflan. 
A list of ingredients and supplies needed will be posted in the classroom in advance so that students may be prepare to have their ingredients for the class. They will learn the difference between measuring cups and measuring spoons. They will learn how to measure out their ingredients. Learn the importance of hygiene before starting their sweet or savory dishes. They will help clean up. Students will need to have all the supplies ready at the start of class in order to participate. If students would prefer to watch and refer to video at a later date, that is fine. They just need to be respectful of the students who are participating in class.

Parental Guidance
Please note your young learner will need your support to build their confidence as they are preparing their sweet and savory dishes. Please help off camera as they are the star learner. Younger learners will need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. In some classes we will be using a hand held mixer, blender, stovetop, oven and/or microwave. On occasion we may use a knife, please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it. Thank you for your support to their learning.

All recipes will be give at end of class, as I like to keep everyone at the same pace. 
Supply list for each week will be posted 3-4 days in advance.
