Your learner will learner via a live class. This is a one time class. We will be measuring out ingredients in class with our dry and liquid measuring cups and our measuring spoons. Once measured and mixed, we will be pouring our batter, into our baking pan or cupcake tins. While waiting for their cupcakes to finish baking, we will be making a cream cheese icing that pairs delicious with the delicious pumpkin bars or cupcakes. Pumpkin Purée Eggs Granulated sugar all-purpose flour Baking powder Ground cinnamon Pumpkin spice optional Salt Baking soda Vanilla extract Cream cheese room Butter Heavy whipping cream Powdered sugar Canola or vegetable oil Piping bag or quart size disposable bag Round tip 5,7, or 10 any of those sizes will work #2 Medium bowl Measuring cups Measuring spoons Spoon Fork Whisk works perfect but a hand held mixer could be used Rubber spatula Cupcake pan and cupcake liners or 8x8 Baking pan
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Children may need help with removing baking pan from hot oven. If your learner has any allergens, please message me for a substitute.
