Class Experience

In this weekly class, learners will have the opportunity to play the new and top-rated game Among Us! This game is a lot of fun and involves strategy, debate, and teamwork to find all the group's imposters. There are basically two teams secretly and randomly assigned at the beginning of the game - the Imposters and the Crew.

It's the Crew's objective to complete multiple tasks, save the ship from disaster, and/or identify who the imposters (aliens) are. If they can accomplish either goal, they win the game. The Imposter has a different plan - destroy the ship or be the last one standing. Within each round, there are group meetings where everyone is free to debate and try to convince the other teammates who seems suspicious. The impostors can use their debate skills to try and fool the others into thinking they are innocent.

In this Among Us club, we will learn the different strategies on how to win and make friends at the same time. The games are quick, fun, and always a little different each round. I am looking forward to seeing you in class!

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi there! My name is Daniel Kelly and I am an MBA student with a passion for cooking, music, origami, Spanish, and so much more. I can't wait to share these skills with you on Outschool.

One of my earliest memories of my childhood was getting my easy bake oven. After frustratingly cooking a brownie for over 2 hours with a dinky lightbulb, I scrapped the kid oven and asked my mom to teach me how to cook and bake. I also have played the cello since I was 5 and learned how to fold origami from Japanese foreign exchange students that live with us while I grew up. I strive to make each of my classes fun and engaging and look forward to seeing you in my class.
