Class Experience
As a dance therapist, I believe all movement is valuable! I love encouraging students to get creative and most of all- have fun!
Water Mat or Towel
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Make sure your learner has enough room to move safely and some water nearby!
