Class Experience
Welcome to Lego Math! This class will work on the introduction/review of a common math concept (addition, subtraction, regrouping, place value etc.,) while allowing students to use their hands and Lego as counters. Class will begin with introductions and an opportunity for students to share any thoughts they may have about math, or life. We will then move to the math lesson and allowing students to share their knowledge if they choose. An activity sheet will be available in the classroom...
- An activity sheet will be available prior to class to print (optional) - Paper - Pencil - Lego pieces - approximately 30-50 plain colour pieces is ideal
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
