Ms. Megan is a Public Figure who is a former Product Designer for the LEGO Group in fact, she may have designed some of the LEGO Sets you have at home! Her work and contributions have helped to shape and improve LEGO building experiences for countless audiences around the world! Beaming in from her top Secret Design Lab, she continues to inspire, encourage, and share her vast knowledge of working in the Toy Industry. Through these unique and professional experiences she has gained exclusive first hand knowledge of highly specialized design skills pertaining to building bricks, social play and beyond! She has also had the privilege of presenting at mammoth Conventions such as: Comic Con International, New York Comic Con, Bricks by the Bay and numerous LEGO Conventions in Europe. Ms. Megan is also a Published Children’s Book Author and her LEGO Adventure Books have been published in more than eight languages! She loves to teach, inspire imagination and is excited to have you join in!
Between each Class, Students will be allowed to provide a photograph of their brick creations to place in our Virtual Brick Museum. And build something new to bring to Show and Tell if they wish to.
There are no specific toy brick sets needed for the Class. Students just need to have some toy building bricks for building in each session.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
