In this fun and interactive class, the students will show the class their favorite Lego builds. They will tell us how they built it and when and why it is their favorite. I will encourage conversation by asking questions like: How long did it take you built it? Why do you like it? What makes it your favorite? How much time do you spend building Lego? I will also give time for the students to ask each other questions, and you make friendly comments. The goal of this class is to have fun and permits learners to show off their Lego.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello, I'm Sharene. I am thrilled to meet you here on Outschool. I am passionate about books, English, and reading. I love to create a fun, interactive classroom where students feel comfortable and motivated to participate.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Literacy Acquisition in Education. I have been teaching in various capacities and on different platforms for over twenty years. I volunteered in brick and mortar schools, where I taught reading and phonics. I used Hooked on Phonics with children ages 4-5. With the older students, ages 6-13, I taught adverbs, adjectives, nouns, and verbs using the curriculum provided by the school. For ages 13-18, I taught English, life skills, time management and practical arts.
Currently, I am a homeschool mom, and I teach English online. I am delighted to meet your child in class.
Here are my loves: 5 grandkids. 4 sons. 3 pets. 2 daughters-in-law. 1 husband.
