In this one time class, students will participate in a shared reading of Lego® book(s) from the series : "Lego DC Universe Super Heroes" published by Scholastic, create a build inspired by the book or theme, and share their creations. During the shared reading, students will be encouraged to engage in comprehension discussion, practice inflection and fluency after I read certain sections. Students should bring loose Lego® and Lego® mini-figures if they have them to class as we will spend time creating theme based builds after we enjoy our book.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
