Description

Class Experience

In this one-time class, learners will hear stories from around the world about the legend of dragons. After, we will participate in a discussion/share time about the topic.

In the first half of this class, the teacher will introduce stories and small tales from around the world about the legendary dragon. Stories will include various descriptions of dragons and their abilities from around the world, as well as an introduction to some very famous dragons from legend. We will also hear about...

Learners will:
- Extend on comprehension skills
- Practice critical thinking and language skills
- Engage in discussion with peers

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Stories have been chosen and adapted by the teacher to ensure that violence, weapons, or any other adult themes are not included.
We will discuss creatures such as dragons, which learners should not find scary.
