Class Experience
Students will gain the ability to identify and label words in sentences according to their functions.
After each session students will analyze two sentences containing the word functions introduced in that session and write one sentence of their own. This work is done individually and should not take more than 20 minutes. Homework should be scanned or photographed to submit to the instructor.

For each class session, I will provide a PDF packet including a reference sheet, an in-class worksheet, and an out-of-class worksheet.
Students will receive a letter grade based on their homework. The grading scale is 90-100% A, 80-89% B, 70-79% C, etc.
