Leaving Home Life Skills (Age 17/18)
This 5 week course covers the basics of living away from home from planning a budget, to food shopping, weekly household tasks, types of bank accounts and how to make phone calls/write emails to businesses.

Meets multiple times at scheduled times
Live video chats, recorded and monitored for safety and quality

Description
Class Experience
The learning goal is to prepare the student with the basic understanding of the life skills needed to live away from home.
Professional qualifications... BSc (Hons) Mathematics with education, FCCA (fellow of chartered certified accountants),
Each week the learner will be required to reflect on the class and how it will apply to them and a journal/plan will be built by the student.
Pen/pencil and paper for note taking.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
